Ballerina Bakery was born from a lifelong dream, one that began in a childhood kitchen, imagining a small bakery tucked away in a Parisian street. As I grew, that dream shifted and expanded, blossoming into a deep love for the art of ballet. Though pastry and performance may seem like different worlds, both demand the same quiet discipline, creativity, and devotion.

As I pursued a professional dance career, I found myself struggling to stay financially afloat. So, I returned to baking, not just as comfort, but as a lifeline. What began as a means of support became something bigger: a way to express love, to create beauty, and to give back using not just my hands, but my whole self.

Ballerina Bakery exists to support the dreams of artists like myself, those who create not for certainty, but because they must. No paycheck is guaranteed, and yet the world needs what we make. This bakery is my way of weaving art, food, and community together.

My hope is that it not only supports my journey as a ballet dancer but someday helps others along their creative paths as well. Through sugar, flour, movement, and reckless passion, this is a space for artistry to rise.
